For the Small size, each side hinge tab measures 3/4" in height and 1" in width, with a hinge barrel measuring 1 1/2" in height and 1/4" in width. The overall measurement is 1 1/2" in height and 2 3/4" in width. In the Medium size, each side hinge tab is 1" in height and 1 1/2" in width, with a hinge barrel measuring 2" in height and 1/4" in width. The overall measurement is 2" in height and 3 1/4" in width.
