These iron mantel straps can be ordered with a return or tabs for mounting a wood mantel in place, alternatively, these iron mantel straps can also be ordered with large holes in the center of the face of the strap for through bolting them in place. Mantel straps come in matte black, natural iron, oil-rubbed bronze, and hand-distressed rustic finishes. Hammered, peened, and antique textures are applied in-house to coordinate with our bolts, washers, and fireplace hardware.

The strap bodies are precision-cut for uniform strength, while edges, rivet details, and textures are hand-worked by our American blacksmiths. This process gives each strap the rugged, historic look associated with traditional wrought iron.

6. What are the lead times and where are they made?
Most mantel straps ship within 1–10 business days, depending on size and finish. All decorative and custom-finished straps are made or finished in the USA at our Idaho forge.
