Hello, Would it be possible to get this item with one side shorter than the other? I need one 12" x 7". Regards,

Absolutely! If you would select the 10" x 10" and enter in the order notes that you would like it it to be 12" x 7" instead and we will let our designer know. Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
