I believe this does NOT come with the mounting bolts? Assuming so, what hardware do you sell that you recommend to use with this can bolt that has a decorative cap?

It does come with wood screws up to #14. If you want lag screws then you would need to purchase them separately. We have square head lag screws with a hammered head, pyramid hammered head or a smooth head. https://www.oldwestiron.com/collections/square-head-lag-screws
