We keep smaller customer-service hours so we can keep our product prices fair and spend the majority of our day forging, finishing, and packing your orders.

Custom Orders & Our $35 Manual Order Fee

We’re always happy to help you place an order or walk you through checkout.

But because writing up orders manually can take 30 minutes to 2+ hours (especially for custom sizing or hardware sets), we charge a $35 Custom Order Fee for any order we manually enter by phone or email.

You will NOT be charged this fee if you place the order online yourself.

We are more than happy to guide you step-by-step — you click the buttons, you skip the fee.

For custom ironwork, we’ve found most customers don’t mind this small, fair charge for personalized design attention and accurate quote creation.

Do you offer rush orders?


No. Because our work is handcrafted, we do not offer rush production. Please order early and allow time for forging and finishing.

Can Rosie help me place an order?

Rosie can answer questions and guide you, orders can be placed online or our live agent can process manual orders — which incur the $35 Custom Order Fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I pick up my order at the forge?

Yes — please call ahead to arrange a pick-up time. Please keep in mind our product lead times.
