These hex nuts are ideal for use in extreme temperatures or harsh conditions and will gradually form a patina based on surroundings over time. Please be aware that no sealants are used on these fasteners to inhibit patina growth, therefore you may receive a product that has already started to develop a patina depending on its manufacturing date.
