I bought this driver to drive the Rustic irregular square head bolt I purchased from Old West Iron. It turned out I was able to drive it with a crescent wrench. However, on an unrelated project the following week I was faced with an irregular head on a lag bolt from Home Depot that simply would not fit any of my many Craftsman sockets. "It's Gator-grip-time," my son advised me. And, it came just-in-time to save me another trip to the hardware store for a replacement bolt for this very annoying defect. Problem solved!
