United StatesThread/shank lengths very random
Some bolts (of equal length) were threaded full length, others had long shanks, short threads. A few the square-head bolts had maybe 1" of threads, barely enough to be usable. Very random, needs to be more industry standard, or at least say in the description what the shank/thread length is.

Can any of these finishes have an outdoor application? I’m putting a wrought iron barn door latch on some exterior barn doors. Looking for an exterior carriage bolt set to secure it.

All finishes can be used outdoors except for Wrought Iron Patina, Gunmetal, and Raw/Unfinished (unless you are okay with rusting over time).
