What is the headache on this same design but as a more vertical option. I would be looking for 30” tall, 24” wide, and then to make it a double door. The height can vary but I am married to the width. It is for a stone smoker I am building. The double door is to spread the bearing weight of the hinge to both sides of the stone opening instead of one side bearing the whole weight. If the double door has a huge cost or is problematic on the customization, I can beef up my design. It is not pictured but is this just two flat plates or does the frame have an angle iron or other aspect for mounting into an opening?

There is not headache on add height to the door. Go to custom door to choose your own height. As for the jamb, it is 3/16" flat bar with 1 1/2" x 2 1/2" long tabs that are perpendicular to the jamb that attaches the door in place. Depending on the size and shape will determine how many tabs.
