Solid Fire Door
I do love the door, it is absolutely beautiful and solid. I am having to slightly adjust the door opening via sanding to make a better fit. Only concern is the thermostat got moisture in it and is now hard to read.
Old West Iron
Hello Scott, Your pizza oven looks great! If the moisture doesn't go away after a few uses, you can remove the thermometer, place it in a covered baking dish, and bake it at 250 degrees for 35-40 minutes. This will eliminate any dampness or fog behind the glass.
