Please note due to the escalation of porch theft we highly recommend that you select a secure address such as a work address or a location that someone can accept the shipment. We cannot be responsible for stolen or missing shipments once delivery is confirmed by USPS. If this happens it will be up to you to file a claim with the posts office. We can not stress enough the importance of having a viable shipping address.

We ship most items via USPS, please make sure the address you provide is recognized by the post office. If need be, please provide a PO Box. When ordering a large quantity of knobs, we will request a signature confirmation.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
If you are not happy with your items you've chosen you may return within 7 days of ordering for a refund with a 20% re-stocking fee - NO EXCEPTIONS . After 7 days have passed there are NO REFUNDS.
