Our non-insulated pizza oven doors are made from 3/16" metal. For a total thickness, please keep in mind that any decorative straps or jambs are an additional 3/16" layered in front of or behind the door.

Q:
Hi, I am an architect working on a brewery/taproom project and looking into secret tap door options. We thought a pizza oven door would have a cool look but want to make sure the dimensions of the secret tap assembly would work. The secret taps is currently 29"H x 27"W, including a 1.5" flange on all sides, and will be set into an existing brick wall. Will we be able to size the pizza over door for this? Thank you, Linda
