Rustic fasteners were perfect and staff is great to work with

I ordered hammered square head bolts and cap nuts for a project, then needed some rustic washers to make up for my having misunderstood the measurements. The Old West Iron staff were super helpful and arranged for the washers to get to me in time for the installation.

Hammered square head bolts

The bolts are beautiful. We did need to leave them in the sun many days to off gas the paint. They did not fit into the 1/2” 8 point socket. Other than that we are very happy with them.

Integrity

Nice to see a vendor who has integrity in what they say they do, when they can do it, and follow up on what the customer's thoughts on it were. All this on an order of, what, a hundred dollars or so. You'll see me again, and hopefully those that I shared my experience with.
