Hasps / Trunk Latches
Iron hasps and trunk latches in simple and ornate styles. These trunk latches can be used to replace broken or worn out hasps on antique trunks or for new wooden trunks to create that authentic old world look.
Forged by hand on an anvil, these traditionally constructed hasps are a unique tribute to the ironwork of the past and a sturdy addition to any newly made or trunk or antique trunk that you might have. With four hand hammered finishes and ten hand painted finishes to mix and match, you can customize these iron hasps to seamlessly compliment any project.
Our hasps come in sizes ranging from 3" long x 1 1/2" to 3 3/4" long x 2 5/8". To request a custom size or finish, please contact us via office@oldwestiron.com. Please note that not all of our hasps can be customized.

Rust and hammered is the perfect way to incorporate new with the old. Old West Iron carriage bolts are every bit as historical as the chestnut antique farmhouse beams. George Washington himself would approve, although he might tell a little white lie the same craftsman made both.
