United StatesJust what I had in mind!
The flat bars and 3/4 inch diameter lag screws were a perfect marriage in my opinion with the natural for timber table that I built. Was going for a rustic/industrial/lodge design to repeat the exposed beam and rough-sawn theme in the room. Great company!

How are the colors/finishes of flat strapping applied? Are they paint, powder coat, integral in some way? Wanting to know how much color comes off with wear and shows underlying metal color. Thx!

Hello,
Some of our finishes are painted, others are achieved through chemical oxidation. We do not powder coat as it has a strong tendency to chip away over time.
While we encourage proper maintenance on outdoor items and products applied in bathrooms and kitchens where they may be exposed to excess moisture, most of our finishes are known to stand the test of time.
