You offer great products and I was thrilled to find after more than a year from my first order of these, that you still carried them. The challenge I had with what I received was that they were a bit different from the first 16 that I purchased. Smaller loop at the bottom of the hook and missing a distinct line across the width halfway up the shank. I had to explain to the customer the fact that being handmade, that was to be expected. Stewed about it on the way back home until it sunk into my thick head that "being handmade, that was to be expected." To quote my spiritual teacher Homer Simpson, "Dooh!" Thanks for great service and unique products! You can consider this review a win.
