Extremely Happy

We added the decorative lag bolts and oversized washers to a mantle project. They finished the 8” x 8” mantel perfectly. They also really snugged it down against the wall to.

swing and a miss

Everything about the order process was what you expect in today's internet world: easy ordering, quick delivery and notifications along the way. The product looked like it squeaked past the quality control process. Two of the bolts were crooked (head not perpendicular to shaft) and one of the bolt heads was not clean.
