Shipping policy
We ship international and domestic via USPS and UPS. Please keep in mind that our products are custom made to each order and have an individual lead time that is separate from the shipping transit time. Lead time is shown on to the right of the product image on each products order page.
UPS Ground
We no longer offer overnight shipping via UPS, it is costly, and often does not arrive on time. These costly shipping delays has cause many issues for our clients in the past, please do not ask for overnight shipping. Please plan your projects ahead of time and allow for plenty of time for the shipping. Please use the map provided to view the average transit time frame for your location.
USPS
We offer first class mail and priority mail via the United States Postal Service. USPS Priority mail is our preferred international shipping method.
Fed-Ex
We offer Fed-Ex ground, second day and overnight shipping. Fed-Ex tends to be the most cost effective way to ship to Canada.
