Do you offer a shorter nail on the clavos? We were considering them for the panel portion (3/4") thick on several exterior doors. The doors are Shaker style Knotty Alder, made by Simpson Door Co. We are afraid they will punch through the other side or splinter the wood if the point got close to the opposite side surface. We also would like to get some ideas on adding decorative metal to the corbels used on our fire place mantel. If you have a direct email I could send you pictures. My contact information is:
