Wrought Iron on Smooth Texture

Wrought iron patina is an acid finish that stains the metal a black / dark grey color. This finish color can still have some spots of silver showing through and on hammered items it can have some red in the forged scale. This finish is not suitable for damp or humid environments, for these areas we do recommend a yearly application of beeswax or non yellowing UV resistant clear coat.
