At Old West Iron, we take pride in our hand-forged products, each made to order based on the custom options selected. While some items are produced in advance and ship more quickly, many pieces move through our full production process. The stages below are provided to give you transparency and help you better estimate your order’s lead time.
Please note that all lead times are estimates ranging from 1-3 weeks. As a small, family-run shop, we process orders in the order they are received. Lead times may occasionally extend by 1–3 additional weeks due to large orders, employee illness, large order volume, or family emergencies.
Our team spends the majority of each day in the shop crafting orders. Because of this, the information on this page is the most accurate and up-to-date status available for your order. Reaching out for status updates will not move an order ahead in production, and frequent calls or emails can pull our team away from the shop and slow fulfillment for all orders.
If you still have a question after reviewing this page, please use the status request form at the bottom. These requests are reviewed and responded to at the end of the business day when it does not interrupt production.
