We cannot be responsible for stolen or missing shipments once delivery is confirmed by USPS. If this happens it will be up to you to file a claim with the posts office. We can not stress enough the importance of having a viable shipping address.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
If you are not happy with your items you've chosen you may return within 7 days of ordering for a refund with a 20% re-stocking fee - NO EXCEPTIONS . After 7 days have passed there are NO REFUNDS.
