I'm planning to build a garden gate ( single door @ 48" wide by 80" tall, weighing @ 70 lbs ) and a driveway gate, ( two doors, @ 60" wide by 80" tall, weighing from 100-125 lbs each ). I plan on 3 hinges for each door. I don't want to have to use a support wheel on the large doors, so will be looking for a heavy duty hinge for that plan. Do you have any hinges in stock that will carry these loads comfortably? If custom designs are required, can we send you details and have something fabricated? What would be the better approach for the projects as described? Thank you,

Hi Doug. We don't carry many items in stock, typically everything is made or to order. Please look through our functioning hinge straps and choose the design you like. From there you can customize it from length, type of hinge, direction, etc. If you need help, we are happy to assist over the phone or email during business hours. When ordering online, please include the approximate gate weight so we can be sure the hinge will hold it.
