These corbels are nice but they are 1/8" out of square, requiring shims. Both were exactly the same so I imagine it is an issue with the mold.

Is there any chance your corbels could be made in a larger size than for bookshelf brackets? I want to use them in the upper corners of a doorway to create the illusion of an arch.
